Acceptable Use Policy

This policy lists what you can and can't do with ReUpload (operated by Noah Johnston, dba “ReUpload,” a sole proprietor based in Wisconsin, United States). By using the Service you agree to these rules — violations may result in account suspension, termination, or referral to law enforcement.

Content you upload

You must own or have a clear license to clip every video you submit to ReUpload. Specifically, you may NOT clip or generate:

• Copyrighted content you don't own or have a license for (movies, TV shows, music videos, sports broadcasts, paid courses, etc.)
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)— zero tolerance. Any apparent CSAM is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) under 18 U.S.C. § 2258A and to law enforcement, and the responsible account is terminated immediately.
• Sexualized depictions of minors of any kind, including AI-generated.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII), revenge content, doxxing, or non-consensual recordings.
• Deepfakes or AI-generated likenesses of real people without their clear, documented consent — including sexual deepfakes (zero tolerance) and political/impersonation deepfakes designed to mislead.
• Content promoting violence, terrorism, self-harm, suicide, or illegal activity
• Hate speech, harassment, or content targeting protected classes
• Sexually explicit content of any kind (Stripe and our payment infrastructure don't support adult use)
• Content that violates someone else's privacy, publicity rights, or trademark

Account behavior

You may NOT:

• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, headless browsers) to bypass rate limits, scrape the Service, or otherwise circumvent technical controls
• Share account credentials with anyone outside your authorized team seats
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our model weights, prompts, or internal scoring logic
• Commercially resell or white-label ReUpload as your own service without written permission
• Attempt to circumvent payment, plan limits, fraud our billing, or abuse free-tier resources
• Use the Service if you're under 13 years old (see Privacy Policy)

Enforcement

We monitor for AUP violations via automated content classifiers, abuse reports, and platform-side complaints (TikTok / IG / YouTube takedowns flagging your account). On a confirmed violation we may:

• Warning — first-time minor violations get an email + 7 days to address
• Suspension — repeated or moderate violations pause your account pending review
• Termination — egregious violations (CSAM, fraud, repeated copyright infringement, NCII, sexual deepfakes) result in immediate termination, no refund, and reporting to authorities where required by law (including mandatory NCMEC reporting for apparent CSAM under 18 U.S.C. § 2258A).
